Karbonn launches 3G compatible Smartphone A12

Karbonn has come up with their first Smartphone A12 that is compatible for the 3G platform. The chip of this Smartphone has been designed by Broadcom, the chip makers from the United States. The Smartphone has been priced at Rs. 8,000 for the Indian market. The young consumers have been targeted with the Karbon A12.
This Smartphone runs on 1GHz ARM processor and also comes with a modem that lends it support to fast downloading. According to the company stats, the download speed can be as high as 7.2 magabit/second. Apart from the 3G, this device also supports the 2G network as well.
Some of the other supports the phone extends are Wi-Fi and GPS. There is also the power management unit implanted in the gadget.
